Help Desk Requirements

In this section you will find access to the set of requirements within the scope of the Sinergia Project. They are based on a humble benchmark that was conducted in the analysis phase, and in my own experience developing help desk solutions.

Managing Requirements

I'm managing the pool of requirements with a MindManager map.

The following diagram represents an overview of the generated product requirements. Colors are used to show degrees of importance. Green are requirements understood to be required for the first release, yellow are will be left for a second release and orange ones are tentative.
